Alan M Putman

Alan began appraising in 2002 but his real estate experience goes back even further with his entering the real estate field as a sales person in 1996. In 2002 Alan decided to move from sales into appraisals and Joined an appraisal firm working out of South Boston. By 2005 Alan had acquired the highest form of residential licensure within the field and started his own appraisal company. Since 1996 Alan has amassed a vast amount of experience and knowledge in the field. His intimate knowledge of the many diverse locations within the Greater Boston Area is unparalleled.
